Patients seeking a primary care physician, including annual visits, we are accepting patients 18 years old and up.

Urgent Care/ER Referral

We will refer patients to the Urgent Care/ER for the following concerns. We do not perform any rapid testing or send out testing in our office for the following conditions:

Covid-19 and Flu (influenza) testing and treatment
Strep throat testing
Abscess/Boils/Cysts
Lacerations/Cuts/Scrapes
Burn injuries
Fractures or Broken Bones
IV fluids for dehydration
