Patients seeking a primary care physician, including annual visits, we are accepting patients 18 years old and up.

Patients seeking same day appointments for acute care, we are accepting ages 4 months and up.

We do not prescribe opioid medications. We do not refill chronic pain medication prescriptions.

While we are sensitive to your needs, we believe in alternatives to opioids for pain management.

We do not prescribe benzodiazepine medications. We do not refill chronic benzodiazepine medication prescriptions.

If we feel that your behavioral health needs are beyond the scope of a primary care physician, we will refer you to a psychiatrist for your medication refill needs and management.
